The ingredients:
8 tablespoons cocoa
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 cups buttermilk
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
The method:
Beat all ingredients together. Bake at 375 degrees in greased 9 x13 cake pan for 35 minutes. Cool. Frost or not. Eat. (Makes 28 excellent cupcakes too. Bake for 20 minutes.)
